Maple Syrup on Everything

Whenever I travel abroad I'm always asked about Canadian food—what it is, what is tastes like, why it's Canadian, and "could you please make me some?" This book is my answer to those questions. At 208 pages and 26 000 words, with over 100 photographs and 76 recipes, Maple Syrup on Everything thoroughly documents what I grew up eating, and what I currently eat as a Canadian with a passion for food.
